Jade plant leaves change colour when they have plenty of sunlight. The purple shades on the undersides and edges of the leaves to the left of the image are from a separate plant that has been in bright direct sunlight for the past few weeks, compared to the pure green of the leaves on the right hand side. Both are the same kind of plant, the left side was originally a cutting from the right, the only difference is light exposure.
