Remember, that you will have physiological reactions to prolonged stress.

That includes things like your safe environment rapidly changing over night and continuing to do so over an extended period of time, even when that environment is online.

Even if it's moving from one place to another, or having other people move into your place.

Please be compassionate with yourself, rest when you need it, and practice listening to your body. ❤️


it's really good to learn to listen and do what the bids... thank you reminder.

for example, feel dizzy, sit down on floor and alert someone, if possible.
