I feel like it's problematic when white people talk about Amaranth and don't mention WHY it wasn't allowed to be a staple in north america over the past few hundred years.. And say that it's native to South America, but doesn't mention that it's native to North and Central America..

@maloki I didn't know any of that. I just know that Amaranth is freaking delicious and also very pretty and it should be allowed everywhere
